Best place to scuba dive near LA?

Ok, so me and some friends are going to Los Angeles on Monday and one of the things we want to do is scuba dive and hang glide. (i think thats what its called?) where would be the best places to do that at? and about how much would each of those things cost?

Do You Accept That One Day You’ll Die and I’ll Still be Here?

Is it plausible, philosophically speaking, that one day you’ll find yourself dead, and I’ll still be here, laughing, and going on scuba-diving trips, and attending one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles, London, and New York.
